Having taken @Citizen Sade's advice - here's a snap from this morning of my Nick Lund wolf riders on the moss mat rather than a gaming mat. Better?
Like the hobgobs, I shared these a while ago on the forum. Hope that's OK?

Or is it Nick Lund making me look good by not sculpting too many twiddly bits?
I realise his minis are Marmite. They hold a certain lumpy fascination for me but, judging by how bad the Fantasy Warriors' plastic orcs are, I can only assume that Mark Copplestone was seriously unimpressed about being asked to copy Lund's style.
I also note that there are some new hobgoblin wolf riders being released soon by a certain indie miniatures company @Fimm McCool. I am all in on those, for sure.
